We smoke our own Salmon, Bake our own bread every day and churn our own sea salted butter... All our meats and fishes are sourced locally within 30 miles... Our shoots bring our pheasant, partridge and rabbits and most of our suppliers are smaller award-winning artisan producers. Terry forages in the brambles for berries and we even have our own bee hives.
